References to any statute or statutory provision include references to any modification, re-enactment, or extension of that statute or provision. Headings used in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, references to "including" are to be construed as "including without limitation".

Access to and use of the 75bdcom platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet each of these requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 75bdcom, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual private person and not as a representative of, or on behalf of, any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of 75bdcom or any of its affiliated game providers or business partners.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 75bdcom platform. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 75bdcom or any affiliated platform, unless your self-exclusion period has fully expired and has been formally lifted by 75bdcom support in writing.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under the influence of any substance that may impair your judgment.

75bdcom reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition — whether identified at registration or at a later date — will result in account suspension, voiding of wagers placed during the ineligible period, and forfeiture of any bonus funds credited to the account. Real-money deposits made by an ineligible player will be returned via the original payment method where technically possible.

If you become aware that a person under the age of 18 has registered an account or accessed the 75bdcom platform using your device, you must notify the 75bdcom support team at [email protected] immediately. 75bdcom recommends using device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

Account Security Obligations: You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Allow any other person to access or use your 75bdcom account.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, navigate, or place wagers on the platform.
• Attempt to access any other player's account.
• Transmit your OTP or password to any person claiming to represent 75bdcom — our support team will never ask for your password or full OTP.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 75bdcom immediately by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a report of unauthorised access, 75bdcom will temporarily freeze the affected account pending investigation. 75bdcom accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report suspected compromise in a timely manner.

75bdcom uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages of the platform and supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA through their account security settings to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

75bdcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 75bdcom account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on network processing times.
• 75bdcom does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 75bdcom bears no responsibility.
• Only deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account review, suspension of the credited funds, and possible account closure.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days under normal circumstances. Expedited processing is available for verified accounts in good standing.
• 75bdcom reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held pending receipt and verification of the required documents.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance that meets withdrawal eligibility criteria is available for withdrawal at any given time.
• 75bdcom reserves the right to void and reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All funds held in your 75bdcom account are maintained separately from the company's operational funds. 75bdcom does not pay interest on account balances. If an account remains inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a positive balance, 75bdcom reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200, which will be deducted from the dormant balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

All sports betting markets, casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, and fishing game sessions available on the 75bdcom platform are governed by the specific rules published within each product section, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and are incorporated by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between a product-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate before confirmation — the odds shown on your bet slip at the moment you click to confirm are the binding odds for that wager.
• 75bdcom reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or refuse wagers at its sole discretion — particularly in the event of technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or suspected match manipulation.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional latency-related rules. Bets placed after the outcome of an event or market has been determined — even if the platform has not yet updated — will be voided without compensation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip interface and may vary by event, market type, and account tier.

Casino, Slots & Other Games:

• All casino and slot games on 75bdcom are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility ratings are disclosed within each individual game.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a session, 75bdcom will attempt to reconstruct the session from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to your account balance.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment. 75bdcom reserves up to 72 hours to verify the validity of any jackpot win above ৳500,000 before crediting the prize to the winner's account.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. General bonus conditions applicable across all 75bdcom promotions are set out below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only, on their first deposit following successful account registration. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on a duplicate account will result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the duplicate account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion). Eligibility criteria and specific terms for each seasonal promotion will be published alongside the promotion announcement and form part of these Terms & Conditions for the duration of that promotion.

75bdcom maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending wagers and bonuses, and recovery of any funds obtained through the prohibited activity:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the 75bdcom platform, whether under your own identity or under another person's identity.
• Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your 75bdcom account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live casino games such as live baccarat or live poker, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical device to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended by the game rules.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a confirmed error will be voided regardless of the account holder's claim of good faith.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary source code or algorithms from any 75bdcom game or platform component.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive communication directed at 75bdcom staff or other platform users.

75bdcom cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to investigations of financial crime, fraud, and other illegal activities conducted through or in connection with the platform. Account data and transaction records may be disclosed to competent authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements without prior notice to the account holder.

Either party — the player or 75bdcom — may initiate the closure of a player account subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 75bdcom account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, ensure that your account balance has been fully withdrawn. Any balance remaining in an account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by 75bdcom: 75bdcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age or identity verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against deposits previously credited to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 75bdcom platform for responsible gaming reasons may initiate a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account is frozen, no deposits can be made, and no new wagers can be placed. Following account closure by either party, these Terms & Conditions continue to govern any outstanding matters including pending withdrawal requests, active KYC reviews, and any dispute resolution proceedings initiated prior to closure.

75bdcom provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 75bdcom takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform, it does not guarantee that access will be free from outages, delays, or technical errors. 75bdcom shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunction, or third-party game provider errors beyond 75bdcom's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bdcom's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties should be submitted in writing to the 75bdcom dispute resolution team at [email protected]. 75bdcom will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within 28 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 75bdcom to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the 75bdcom Terms & Conditions. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
